Standard Delivery Information:

  • Our standard delivery charge is £4.99.
  • We offer free of charge delivery on orders over £100.
  • If you're ordering tester only products (Dulux Colour Tester or Dulux Peel & Stick Sample), they will be shipped via Royal Mail at a reduced delivery charge of £1.50.
  • Tester Products qualify for free delivery when you order 3 or more items.
  • Dulux Tester Bundle Orders: also enjoy free delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver these products to the Channel Isles yet.

Please note that if you purchase 4 or more testers in a single order, these may be dispatched by Royal Mail in multiple deliveries. For Orders Containing Full Can Paint and/or Accessories:

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, or to addresses outside of Great Britain mainland. This includes the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Shetland Island, Isle of Wight, Orkney Islands, the Scottish Isles, the Channel Isles, and selected Scottish Highland postcodes.

While we endeavour to deliver your order within the specified delivery time, please note that the dates we provide for product delivery are approximate, and we cannot be held responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from any delays.

We recommend keeping your receipt, which can be found on your Order Confirmation email, or the order invoice included with your delivery. You'll need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales inquiries.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Delivery Arrangements:

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date provided in the Dispatch Confirmation unless an event outside our control occurs. If we're unable to meet the estimated delivery date due to such an event, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Deliveries will be handled by our carrier, FedEx. Who will provide further tracking information once dispatched.
