How do I participate in this promotion?

Purchase your Qualifying Dulux paint during the dates of the promotion and register your purchase on this website within 48 hours of your purchase time.

To take part in this promotion, you must purchase a minimum of 2 x 2.5 litre tins and up to a maximum of 10 x 2.5 litre tins from a qualifying retailer.

You must register your purchase and the room you are going to decorate with it and then return and claim your cashback by uploading an image of the fully decorated room.

During your online registration you will need

  1. Upload the receipt or invoice showing your Qualifying Dulux paint purchase (Qualifying products Dulux Endurance+, Dulux Kitchen+, Dulux Bathroom+, Dulux Once and Dulux Light & Space).
  2. A picture of the room you will paint*

*Please check we can see the 3 walls in your uploaded picture and also clearly showing the original colour.

How is the 48 hours from purchase calculated for registration?

48 hours is defined as 48 hours from the time you purchased your product rounded up to the last 15min.

For example if you purchased at 10:07 am the 48 hours would start at 10:15 am the same day.

How is the 48 hours calculated from registration to claim?

48 hours is defined as 48 hours from the time you registered, this is rounded up to the first 15 mins. For example if you registered at 10:07 on the 29th August 2016 you will need to claim by 10:15 am 31st August 2016.

How many Qualifying Products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?

In order to qualify for the promotion a minimum of 2 tins of 2.5l Dulux Endurance+ paint must be purchased.

How many Qualifying Products can I claim for?

You can claim for a Maximum of 10 x 2.5L tins of Qualifying Dulux Endurance+ paint.

I purchased a 5L Dulux Endurance+ paint, can I participate in this promotion? Unfortunately not, only 2.5L tins of paint are eligible for this promotion.

Can I buy any 2 cans of the Qualifying Dulux paint products? (any combination of products and colours?)

Yes for example you can purchase 1 x Dulux Endurance+TM Matt 2.5L and Dulux Kitchen+ Matt 2.5L.

How many times can I participate in this promotion? Only one registration and corresponding claim will be accepted per household during the dates of the promotion.

My paint is not listed as a qualifying purchase, is it eligible for the promotion?

We can only offer cashback for purchases of qualifying paint listed on the Qualifying Purchases page of this website.

How do I prepare my proof of purchase to upload during the registration process?

Physical Copy

If you have a scanner, scan your proof of purchase and save to your computer ready to upload. Or, take a picture with your mobile phone, digital camera or tablet.

To transfer this document to your computer you can simply send it via email or transfer via USB. If you are claiming on your tablet, upload the image from your tablet’s photo library.

Digital Copy

Print and Scan as detailed under physical copy/ in store purchase. Save your proof of purchase to your computer ready to upload

Or a screenshot of the proof of purchase and save as PDF or JPEG to your computer. To save your proof of purchase as a JPEG, simply paste the screenshot you have taken into Microsoft Paint and save this document to your computer as a JPEG.

If claiming from a tablet, take a screenshot of the proof of purchase and upload to the claim form from your photo library.

What needs to be included in the photograph of the room I am going to decorate?

At least 3 of the intended walls of the room you are decorating needs to be visible. You may wish to take multiple photos which you can upload, the full wall in each case must be visible.

General Requirements for documents uploaded

When scanning or taking a picture please ensure all the required details are clearly visible. Blurred or unclear proof of purchase may invalidate your claim.

Uploaded documents must be in PDF document or JPEG image format. Maximum size of each document is 2Mb.

If required you can upload multiple documents, simply select the files one at the time and click upload during the claim process.

Why is my purchase date not available to select within the registration form? This is likely to be for one of the following reasons:

You have missed the registration window for this promotion Your purchase date is outside the promotional period You are too early to register for this promotion Please refer to your proof of purchase and the Terms and Conditions of this promotion for registration and claim periods.

How do I upload my proof of purchase? Prepare your documents for upload and then during the claim process follow these steps:

To upload the document(s) select ‘Choose File’, then locate the file that you want to upload and click ‘Open’. The name of the document selected will be displayed on the web page, check this is the correct document then select ‘upload’.

If you need to add more documents repeat this process. The documents will be listed as you add them. If the wrong document was selected simply remove them by using the delete button (indicated by the ‘bin’ icon). Once all documents are loaded select next.

I have just submitted a registration, what happens next? You will receive confirmation of receipt of the registration within 24 hours of entry. You will then need to return to make your cashback claim including a picture of the newly decorated room within 48 hours of registration to be eligible for the Cashback reward.

I have just submitted a claim, what happens next? Your claim will be checked by one of our agents and the status of your claim will be emailed to you. We will keep you up to date on the status of your claim via email; you can also check the Claim Tracker function on this website as to the status of your claim.

I have submitted a claim but I haven't received any further updates, what should I do? Please check the email account you provided during the claim form for emails related to this promotion. Ensure you check your junk or spam email folder. Alternatively, you can use the Claim Tracker function on this website.

I have received a missing document email, what does this mean and what do I have to provide?

Please refer to the email we have sent you, it may be that the details uploaded for your proof of purchase were not sufficient to process your claim.

Common reasons for Missing Documents:

Proof of purchase was not legible. Proof of Purchase did not show the price paid, products or retailer purchased from. An incorrect document was uploaded and not a proof of purchase. An order confirmation was supplied which did not show the products were purchased, in this case we ask you to provide further documents to support your claim, this could be a delivery note or invoice. The Photo of the painted room did not include 3 walls or the colour was indistinguishable from the original room.

How long will it take to receive my reward? Payment will be made within the timeframe outlined in the promotional terms and conditions.

Why have I not received my reward? If you have received an email to confirm approval of reward, please check the following:

How will my reward be paid? Upon validation of your claim, your reward will be paid via a Pre-paid MasterCard®. The card will be sent to your nominated postal address as entered on your claim form submission including instructions on how to activate and use your card. How do I activate my prepaid card? All Pre-paid cards must be activated within 28 days of being issued, and used within 12 months of being issued. The expiry date will be shown on the front of your Pre-paid card.
