Now the primer is dry it is time to choose an undercoat, which can be water based or solvent based. The idea of an undercoat is to fill any imperfections in the surface, such as grain marks.
-
When the surface has been given an undercoat will be very flat and ready for a coat of gloss.
-
Alternatively, two coats of Dulux Satinwood across the surface will give you an equally good finish.
