If the paint pack warning light is on it is possible the pack is not correctly orientated or that no paint pack is present.

Ensure the dip tube hole is facing the front of the unit.

Double check that the white chamber lid is fully closed.

The paint pack warning light will also illuminate if you try to run the clean cycle while the paint pack is still in the unit.
