Step-by-step: Painting

To begin painting, remove to roller from the docking station and press the paint button.

Whilst rollering the roller on the wall, squeeze the paint loading trigger to load the roller with paint. When you feel you have enough paint on the roller release the trigger to stop the paint flow and roll out to an even finish.

It is important that the trigger is only pressed when rolling the roller on the wall to avoid over-filling which may result in drips.

When you need more paint, simply squeeze the trigger.

You can now paint smoothly and evenly at your own speed.

Painting can be carried out in all directions overlapping to get an even finish.

To change the paint pack press the pause button and place the roller back into the docking station.

Unlock the dip tube by twisting it anti-clockwise and then remove it.

Excess paint on the dip tube will be removed by the dip tube wipe, although any paint on the end of the tube may need to be removed with a rag.

The dip tube may be placed on the rest inside the lid whilst the empty paint pack is replaced with a full one.

Close the lid of the unit and re-insert the dip tube, twisting it to lock into position.

Remove the roller from the docking station and press the paint button to continue painting.

You can take a break at any point during painting by simply pressing the pause button and placing the roller in the docking station.

If you need to change plug sockets during painting simply press the pause button and unplug the unit.

Press the carrying handle to release and carry the unit to a new location, return the handle, plug in the unit and press paint to resume painting.

The PaintPod roller system may be left without cleaning for up to 4 hours providing the roller is placed in the docking station with the lid closed.

If leaving for more than 4 hours, it is recommended the system is cleaned completely.
