Surface preparation

Read the Health, Safety and Environmental Information.
Ensure surfaces to be painted are clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and flaking paint.
Areas affected by mould, lichen, algae or moss with an appropriate fungicidal wash.
If the surface is still powdery after thorough preparation, seal it with a coat of Weathershield Exterior Stabilising Primer, but do not use this primer to seal sound new or bare surfaces.
Surface defects should be repaired using the appropriate Polycell Polyfilla product.

How to use

Gently shake the pack for 10 seconds. DO NOT THIN.
Unscrew the lid and following the instructions in the user guide, attach the power unit to the pack. Place the pack in the rucksack in the correct orientation and secure. Assemble the roller head and insert the diptube into the pack. The Weathershield BackPack Roller System is now ready to use.
For best results, always follow the instructions in the Weathershield BackPack Roller System user guide.
Apply 2 coats of Weathershield BackPack System Smooth Masonry Paint. Allow 4 hours between coats. When a strong colour change is involved, more coats may be required. Do not use on common or fletton bricks or outside when there is a likelyhood of rain, fog or frost both during or after application, as this will affect the drying process.
