Tailor Made Colour Eggshell

Dulux colour mixing Eggshell paint gives a durable, low sheen finish to interior wood and metal, including radiators. Ideal for delivering either a contemporary or period look to your home.

Surface preparation

Before surface preparation, read the information in the Safety, Health And Environmental Information section about old lead paints. To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound (i.e. not flaking and are sanded down), clean and dry. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding, and avoid the inhalation of dust.
For wood, treat any knots with knotting solution. Apply Dulux Wood Primer to bare surfaces.
Prime bare metal with Dulux Metal Primer.
Radiators must be turned off and only painted when cold.
Any surface defects should be filled with the appropriate Polycell Polyfilla product.

How to use

Stir thoroughly before use.
Apply 1 or 2 coats of Dulux colour mixing Eggshell (no undercoat required).
Allow at least 16 hours between coats.
Do not use or store paint in extremes of temperature.

Solvent based paint
FLAMMABLE
Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Contains cobalt carboxylate and ethyl methyl ketoxime. May produce an allergic reaction.
Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking. Contains white spirit. Use only in well ventilated areas. Inside always keep doors and windows fully open during application and drying. Do not use on large surface areas or in confined spaces.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. When painting it is advisable to wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water or a proprietary skin cleanser. Do not use solvent, thinners or white spirit. Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not empty into drains or watercourses. Some local authorities have special facilities for disposing of waste paint.
