Magic White Rich Matt
Fades from pink to Pure Brilliant White in under an hour. You'll achieve a perfect finish, first time, every time. Ideal for ceilings.

Surface preparation
To get the best results with Dulux Magic White Rich Matt emulsion, make sure the surfaces are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry). Before surface preparation, read the information below about old lead paints.
Any surface defects should be filled with the appropriate Polycell Polyfilla product.
General preparation: Remove any loose or flaking paint. Where necessary, wash the surface to remove dirt, grease etc. Sand down to remove any 'sheen'. Seal new, bare and porous surfaces, including previously unpainted patterned textured ceiling coatings, new buildings that have a plasterboard finish and wallcoverings that are suitable for painting (not vinyls or washables). For best results, use Dulux Plaster Sealer.
How to use
Stir thoroughly with a palette knife or similar implement before use.
In hot weather and warm environments, up to 10% clean water may be added and stirred in to ease application. For normal use thinning is not required.
Dulux Magic White Rich Matt will appear pink prior to painting but under normal circumstances it will fade to white within an hour. Porous surfaces including previously unpainted patterned textured surfaces and wallpapers can affect the fade time.
Apply 1 or 2 coats of Dulux Magic White Rich Matt using a suitable brush or roller. Where the second coat is required, allow a minimum of 4 hours between coats. When conditions are colder, more time must be allowed for the first coat to dry fully.
Precautions: Do not use alkaline cleaners to clean the painted surface when new. Clean the painted surface using a very soft soapy cloth and clean soapy water. Avoid high condensation for the first 7 days after application as this may result in the temporary reappearance of the pink colour but it will fade to white after 30 minutes.
Health and safety
Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. When painting it is advisable to wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Remove splashes from skin: use soap and water or a recognised skin cleaner.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use or store by hanging on a hook. Do not empty into drains or watercourses. Some local authorities have special facilities for disposing of waste paint.
