Cupboard Paint
A scuff-resistant tough satin finish for use on wood and melamine, so ideal to brighten up tired cupboard doors.

Surface preparation
All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and mould growth.
Before surface preparation, read the read the Safety, Health And Environmental Information section opposite about old lead paints.
Ensure that any existing coatings are firmly adhering. For best results, lightly scuff the surface with wet & dry abrasive paper and a solution of water and washing up liquid. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry before painting.
How to use
Stir thoroughly with a palette knife or similar implement before use. Do not thin.
Apply 1 or 2 coats of Dulux Cupboard Paint using a synthetic brush. Apply liberally and evenly to avoid runs and sags. Do not overspread.
Where a strong colour change is involved, 2 or more coats may be required.
Allow 6 hours drying time between coats. For best results, lightly sand the surface between coats.
Do not use when the room temperature is below 10°C or in damp, humid conditions. Not suitable for use on radiators and other heated surfaces.
Under normal drying conditions, the paint is touch dry within 4 hours and re-coatable after 6 hours.

Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.When applying it is advisable to wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water or a proprietary skin cleanser. Do not use solvent, thinners or white spirit.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not empty into drains or watercourses.
Some local authorities have special facilities for disposing of waste paint.
Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding.
