Please note that testers dispatched by post are in boxes of 3, in order to fit through your door and comply with Royal Mail postal regulations.

Postage is capped at a maximum of £7.15 per order and will then be delivered by courier rather than Royal Mail. You may also choose courier delivery for smaller orders.

Courier information

Our courier service is targeted to arrive with you on the next working day following dispatch for most UK mainland addresses. Please allow extra time for courier delivery to offshore locations (inc. NI) and some areas of the Highlands. If you are not at home, the courier will leave the package(s) with a neighbour or in a safe location at your property.
