Dulux makes a date with royalty

For the first time ever, the gardens at royal residence Clarence House have been opened to the public and Dulux had front row seats!

From 8th - 19th September, The Prince of Wales joined forces with environmental experts, musicians & comedians to create a unique festival in the heart of London. Together with the neighbouring gardens at Lancaster House and Marlborough House, Clarence House was the magnificent setting for 'A Garden Party To Make A Difference which formed part of The Prince of Wales's 'Start' initiative, launched in February. The event was a fun day out for people of all ages while at the same time demonstrated the small steps that can be taken to build a more sustainable future.

To showcase our lower environmental paint range, 'Ecosense' , Dulux sponsored a stand at the Festival with B&Q. Visitors to the stand learnt how to take a greener approach to decorating as well as finding out a bit more about Ecosense, which has zero added solvent, is virtually odour free and has a 50% lower carbon footprint*. Visitors could take away a free Ecosense tester pot in the colour of their choice and also had the opportunity to try out the paints on a series of 'paint by numbers' artworks.
